Annual performance
Environment, human rights, labor practices and business ethics

Environment:
In 2022 Rehngruppen received the Swedish Kranmarkt certficiation https://kranmarkt.se/ as a measure to reduce the companies environmental impact by refraining from purchasing bottled water, analysing water usage, and following up consumption. Rehngruppen internally promoted sustainable procurement policies, prioritizing environmentally friendly products and services. We conducted a waste audit, identified opportunities for reducing waste generation and implemented new, improved recycling measures. Rehngruppen implemented a hybrid workplace to drastically reduce emissions by encouraging employees to work from home up to 40% of their time. The team at Rehngruppen are committed to further analyze and reduce any impact the company has on the climate.


Human Rights:
Rehngruppen conducted regular employee engagement surveys to monitor employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement. Last year we recruited a part time Human Resources consultant who's responsibilities entail helping us to constantly review responsibilities and provide a safe and inclusive work environment.

Labor Practices:
Rehngruppen continue to comply with labor laws and regulations, including minimum wage, working hours, and occupational health and safety standards. the last year we have actively aimed to create a more diverse workplace and successfully recruited employees of different backgrounds. Not only that but we employed an accessibility expert which will enable us to expand operations within accessibility. This will help both us and our clients become more inclusive.

Business Ethics:
Rehngruppen complied with anti-corruption regulations and maintained a high level of transparency and accountability in all business operations. An example of this is publishing detailed documentation on information security risks concerning our products and services.

Overall, we made significant progress in improving our sustainability performance, particularly in the areas of promoting diversity and inclusion. We will continue to monitor and evaluate our sustainability performance regularly to identify areas for improvement and capitalize on opportunities for sustainable growth.

Sustainability goals and targets

Activities:
Conduct regular sustainability assessments to identify the company's sustainability risks and opportunities and review specific sustainability goals.
Implement energy-efficient practices, such implementing energy-saving measures in the office.
Adopt sustainable business practices, such as reducing waste generation.
Constantly review our inclusion policy and promote a more inclusive workplace culture.

UN Global Compact Goals

Management at Rehngruppen are aware of and committed to the 10 principals outlined in the UN Global Compact Goals:

Human Rights
Principle 1: Businesses should support and respect the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights; and
Principle 2: make sure that they are not complicit in human rights abuses.

Labour
Principle 3: Businesses should uphold the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining;
Principle 4: the elimination of all forms of forced and compulsory labour;
Principle 5: the effective abolition of child labour; and
Principle 6: the elimination of discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.

Environment
Principle 7: Businesses should support a precautionary approach to environmental challenges;
Principle 8: undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility; and
Principle 9: encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies.

Anti-Corruption
Principle 10: Businesses should work against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.

Diversity and Inclusion

Upon recruiting new employees the board at Rehngruppen analyze the current diversity state of the company. Measures are then discussed and taken to attract candidates that improve said diversity. This includes gender, age and background.

As of May 2023 Rehngruppen's upper management and board members consist of 50% men and 50% women.
Rehngruppen strive to maintain this ratio and constantly improve on the diversity of the worklpace.

Rehngruppen provide expert services that encourage and enable inclusion such as the accessibility of documents. Rehngruppen strive to be on the forefront of helping clients achieve accessibility standards and reduce the workload in making documents accessible in turn facilitating inclusion.
